Joel designs and facilitates a range of leading edge development programmes based around the up-skilling of leaders and human capital managers so that progressive improvements are IMPLEMENTED and results are enhanced as a result.
He has unparalleled wide exposure to a number of markets and industries across ASIA, MENA and Africa (46 countries/55 nationalities) stemming from his 22 year corporate and 10 year consulting career - holding a range of senior country, regional and global positions.
This provides him with a very practical approach improvement and progress for business, government and ngo clients alike.
His programmes are much sought after either by internal teams looking to develop a connected approach to progress or on open programmes where attendees from a variety on institutions and backgrounds can learn and share best practices for implementation from their differing start points.
