If I had to describe this week’s programmes & workshops an analogy with the movie Sideways (wine tasting) springs to mind – a body of a Mini MBA with a hint of Leadership and Management, a whiff of Strategic HR, a suggestion of Articulating Strategic Intent and just a flutter of “Employer of Choice! – certainly keeps the grey matter working! My thanks to participants from their variety of geographies, organisations and businesses and all at BSM for making this happen.
